You may be coming to therapy carrying a lot on your own, quiet struggles, lingering shame, a critical inner voice, or a sense of not fully being seen or understood. If this resonates, you don’t have to hold it all alone.

Therapy can be a space to slow down, pause, and gently make sense of what you’ve been carrying. In our work together, you’ll be met with care and without judgment. We’ll explore the patterns, expectations, and experiences that have shaped you, while also noticing the strengths, resilience, and wisdom that have been with you all along, even if they feel hard to access right now.

Support is offered for concerns related to eating disorders and disordered eating, and for the ways these experiences often connect with anxiety, depression, trauma, and the pressures of daily life. Space is also held for those navigating neurodiversity and cultural identity, with attention to how family, community, and broader systems can influence mental health and self-understanding.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed by self-criticism, or trying to make sense of your story, therapy doesn’t have to be something you do alone. Together, we can work toward meaningful change, develop tools for navigating challenges, and build a more compassionate, grounded relationship with yourself.

Hi, my name is Rachel (she/her). I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) providing trauma-informed, virtual therapy to individuals across British Columbia. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, eating disorders and disordered eating, as well as concerns related to body image, identity, cultural stress, and life transitions. I also work with clients who feel overwhelmed by daily life, are exploring relationship or family dynamics, or are seeking a more compassionate relationship with themselves.

With a background in community work and healthcare settings, I bring both clinical expertise and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience into the therapy space. My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and strengths-based, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), DBT-informed, attachment-based, and somatic-informed approaches.

I strive to create a space that feels safe, grounded, and non-judgmental, where you can move at your own pace and begin exactly where you are. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start therapy.
